Raising Awareness and Innovative Strategies for ECD (RAISE) was a pilot project implemented by Save the Children Cambodia to improve both awareness and positive behaviors around holistic early childhood development (ECD) in Cambodia. RAISE focused on improving caregivers’ competence in providing high-quality, nurturing care to children aged 0 – 3 years.
